Abstract

Various combinations of production logs provide methods of evaluating cased hole well performance. Production logs are used to detect fluid channelling, coning and cross flow in addition to est- ablishing flow rates and flow profiles in producing and injection wells. To ensure adequate well evaluation, it is generally necessary to run production logs in series or in combination.
