   - the resample input file is now limited to a maximum of 20000 data lines

   - the resample output file is now limited to 100,000 data lines 

   - a routine has been added to convert LAS 2.0 to LAS 1.2



   CERTIFY Program - Version 3.5

   - No changes were made to the CERTIFY program. 

   - The last update for this program was March 23, 1994.

   - The source code for CERTIFY will not be released to the public.  



   LASAUG95.EXE 

    - is a self extracting file containing

    the CERTIFY and REFORMAT programs, source code, and three 

    LAS test files. 

    - All code is written ANSI 'C' and compiled for the DOS environment.

   REFORMAT Program - Version 2.5



   Some bugs were fixed in the REFORMAT program and several general

   improvements were made: 

   - the resample routine will handle lines up to 600 characters long 

   - the resample input file is limited to a maximum of 10000 data lines

   - the resample output file is limites to 49,999 data lines 

   - the depth routine will handle lines up to 1200 characters long 

   - the curve routine will handle lines up to 1200 characters long

   - the reverse routine will handle lines up to 1200 characters long
